Our Partners and Clients
The Biomechanics Laboratory at Naval Medical Center San Diego is part of the Department of Physical Therapy. The laboratory’s primary mission is to provide gait and motion biomechanical analyses of patients in the Comprehensive Combat and Complex Casualty Care (C5) program, specifically, amputees. In addition to supporting clinical research, these analyses are utilized in supporting amputee rehabilitation goals that focus on maximizing functional outcomes and levels.
